Emirates Airlines Seeks Moroccan Talent for Cabin Crew Positions
In a strategic effort to enhance its diverse workforce, Emirates Airlines has announced a cabin crew recruitment campaign in Morocco this August. The initiative is designed to attract young Moroccans eager to start a global career filled with enriching experiences and a dynamic lifestyle.
Emirates has been operating daily flights to Casablanca since 2002 and is now expanding its recruitment efforts across Morocco. Recruitment events are scheduled in Casablanca from August 9 to 22, Rabat on August 11, Fez on August 13, Marrakech on August 18, and Tangier on August 20. This campaign builds on the success of previous recruitment drives that resonated with Moroccan youth.
The airline is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are committed to maintaining Emirates' high service standards. New recruits will have the chance to relocate to Dubai, where they will enjoy a vibrant environment as their new home base. They will also have the opportunity to travel to iconic destinations across six continents, from New York’s bustling streets to the serene beaches of the Maldives, reflecting the company’s adventurous spirit.
Emirates offers its cabin crew members numerous benefits, including a tax-free salary, furnished accommodation, transportation, and comprehensive medical coverage. Wafa Kharbibi, a Moroccan cabin crew member from Marrakech, praises the company’s dedication to quality. “Living in Dubai as an Emirates cabin crew member feels like being at the crossroads of the world,” she said, highlighting the cultural diversity and excitement that the role offers.
Khalfan Al Salami, Emirates Country Manager for Morocco and Mauritania, emphasized the company’s commitment to investing in Moroccan talent. “This recruitment drive reaffirms our dedication to Moroccan professionals. We’re not just offering jobs; we’re inviting Moroccans to become ambassadors of their culture on a global stage,” he stated.
Interested candidates are encouraged to visit the Emirates careers website for more information on the recruitment process and requirements. As one of the UAE’s two flag carriers, Emirates operates in over 150 cities across 80 countries with a fleet of nearly 300 aircraft, continuing to expand its global reach and influence.
